Boston Butt / Pork Shoulder Roast
All of our pork is from pure bred Idaho Pasture Pigs raised right here on the farm. 80% of their diet is pasture, and you can really taste the difference. We do not use growth hormones, vaccines, or any unnecessary antibiotics with our pigs. We also do not apply chemicals of any kind to their pastures (or anywhere else on the farm).
